DE C.V., pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as “The Law”), requests that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained within this Privacy Notice, since the provision of your personal data, whether through physical or electronic means, constitutes the express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, consequently, you expressly authorize us to the processing and transfer of your personal data under the terms set forth below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I.- The purpose of this Notice is the protection of your personal data, through which lawful, controlled, and informed processing shall be granted, in order to guarantee your privacy, as well as your right to informational self-determination. Personal data shall be understood as that established in Article 3, Sections V and VI of the Law, in addition to any financial or economic data that we may request, as applicable.

II.- ADINOVO, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter ADINOVO), in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Law, shall be the controller of your personal data or information, committing to safeguard your personal information with the highest indices of legal, technological, and administrative security. Likewise, it commits not to sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for illicit purposes.

III.- By submitting your personal data via email to ADINOVO employees or through the physical delivery of such information, you accept and authorize us to automatically use and process your Personal Data and the information supplied, which will form part of our database with the purpose of using them, including but not limited to: identifying you, locating you, communicating with you, contacting you, sending you information for the following purposes:

1. Addressing legal requirements from competent authorities.

2. Carrying out studies for internal control purposes.

3. Informing you of the range of new products, as well as promotions, market studies, notifications regarding changes in conditions, and in general all advertising derived from the products we offer.

4. Analysis of the use of our products.

5. For the compliance with our terms and conditions derived from a legal relationship.

IV.- Therefore, I expressly accept and authorize ADINOVO to perform the transfer of my personal data whether within or outside the territory of the United Mexican States to:

1. Companies affiliated with ADINOVO.

2. Third-party service providers for the fulfillment of the legal obligations acquired by ADINOVO or any of the affiliated companies.

3. Third-party service providers for research, data analysis, sending information focused on the needs of the personal data owner, as well as for the performance of other services necessary or required by the personal data owner.

4. Third parties derived from a corporate restructuring, including, merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation, or transfer of assets.

5. Other transmissions provided for in the aforementioned Law and its Regulations.

V.- In terms of Article 22 of the Law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights) to the processing of your Personal Data, by submitting a request via email to administracion@adinovocorp.com.
